Terms of service

Effective July 16, 2026 · Plain-English beta terms.

The service

OGMint generates Open Graph images from URL parameters. During the public beta the service is provided free of charge, as-is, and without an uptime guarantee — though we treat reliability as the product.

Acceptable use

• Don't render unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent rate limits.
• Automated volume beyond documented limits requires a conversation first: hello@ogmint.dev.

Your content

Text you send in parameters stays yours. You grant us the license needed to render, cache, and serve the resulting image. We may remove cached images that violate these terms.

Beta pricing promise

Features marked free during beta stay free for you for at least 3 months after general availability. We'll email keyholders before any pricing change takes effect.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGMint is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months — during beta, that's zero, so please don't build a pacemaker on us yet.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to keyholders by email.
